Summary/Objective
The inventory control coordinator / cycle counter position manages inventory through database and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands.

Essential Functions

1. Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.
2. Operate Stand-up and Sit-down forklift as needed.
3. Close shop packets received and purge computer database.
4. Receive and issue finished goods into computer database.
5. Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.
6. Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
7. Prepare reports for cycle count and pick-lists count highlights.
8. Prepare and participate in annual physical inventory.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervision responsibility.

Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role also routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM. Mandatory overtime may require work hours in addition to this schedule.
